We have 2 rooms vacant in our house share. 1 x master bedroom Ith own bathroom outside the room, 1 x ensuite bathroom.
The house is nested between two Dupont and Christie station in a beautiful neighborhood.
It is 2 storeys with the living room, dinning room and kitchen downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs giving lots of privacy. It has a lot of natural lighting with a room upstairs with sky light windows. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen there is a back patio and garden.
It is less also then 500m from major grocery stores like Loblaws farm boys fiesta farms as well as restaurants, parks and bars.
About the roomies
We live in an international house consisting of working professionals. Everyone is independent, respectful and extremely mindful of the space. It is extremely clean and well maintained through use of a cleaning schedule for the shared areas. Everyone has their own private room and own bathroom that they maintain.
