Room for Rent – Downtown Vancouver (West End) – Available July 1

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to move into a fully furnished room in my lovely 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the West End.

Location: Just a 5-minute walk to English Bay and Sunset Beach, and super close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and all the shopping you could want. Transit is amazing here too.

The Room: Fully furnished with a comfy bed, mattress, desk, chair, and a drawer. (The safety gate in the photo won’t be there, it’s just temporary and will be removed before you move in!) Ideally looking for someone who can stay at least until December 2026, on a month-to-month basis after that.

The Apartment: Also fully furnished, with everything you need. There’s 1 bathroom (we’ll be sharing), laundry on site, and lots of natural light. It’s a cozy and clean space.

Rent: $1300/month + utilities ($50/month, includes BC Hydro + wifi). Half-month security deposit required.

A bit about me: I’m 27, working full-time, and pretty easygoing. I like yoga, coffee dates, and hanging with my dog, Murphy — she’s a 10-year-old Frenchie and the chillest dog you’ll ever meet. (FYI: no additional pets allowed, sorry!) I’m social but also really value downtime and personal space. Looking for a young professional or a student to share the space with. Someone who’s clean, respectful, and easygoing. Ideally, you’re not working from home full-time, just to keep the place feeling balanced. If that sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out!
