Hi! I’m Amélie and I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely apartment.

You’d be living with Brooke (24) and Morgan (27)!

About the room:

• Available: Between mid-July and August 1st (I’m flexible)
• Sublet until April 2026 (with a signed lease) - possibility to renew.
• Rent: $613/month (water and heating included)
• Utilities: Hydro approx. $10/month, + Wi-Fi approx. $30/month
• Furnishing: The room can be unfurnished or furnished if you’d like to buy some of my furniture (bedframe, mattress, desk, chair, book shelf)
• Large walk-in closet in the bedroom

About the Apartment:

• Spacious, bright, and full of charm
• 3-bedroom apartment with shared living room, dining room, kitchen (with: fridge, oven, stove, tableware), pantry, bathroom, small sunroom and 3 closets
• Common areas are partially furnished (we’re slowly refurnishing after a previous roommate moved out)
• Laundry room in the building
• Located in a cute, safe, and walkable neighborhood: walking distance from Foodfare, 7-Eleven, two parks, Rexall, cafes, boutiques, and restaurants
• Several bus stops within a 5-minute walk
• Parking: free street parking available
• No pets

Brooke is a server who loves music, languages, and learning new things. She also does pole dance!

Morgan is a laid-back working professional who loves watching movies, listening to music, and crocheting!
