Furnished bedroom-den with private bathroom available in two bedroom-two bathroom condo. Condo includes one other bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom occupied by a female student. The occupant of the bedroom-den will have their own detached bathroom.

Building includes free amenities such as a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor patio for BBQs, theatre room, wifi lounge, pool tables, ping-pong tables, squash court and more.

Location is walkable to the Rogers Centre and CN tower, Sobeys and Farmboy within 5 minute walk, multiple restaurants, parks and the Canoe landing community center right below on the street, streetcar stop next to the building leads straight to Union station.

All utilities included except hydro and wifi which is split with the other roommate.

Deposit includes first and last month.

One roommate: female student, friendly, clean and quiet, overnight guests welcome, but also can agree on no guests if preferred.
