The $500 rent will not include the hydro, gas, internet costs. You will be paying 1/3 of these expenses. The area is in a quiet working family complex. It is quiet in both the day and night. The bedrooms has a window overlooking the back path and ample closet space. There are two mattresses available and one bed frame in the third bedroom. It is not far from grocery stores and restaurants and there is a park less than a block away.
