We’re looking for a third woman to join us in our beautiful new 3-bedroom + den condo in East Van (2221 East 30th Ave). The room is available as soon as possible, with a hard deadline of July 1st.

Bright corner unit with stunning southwest city & mountain views (and 3 balconies to enjoy them!) 🌇🏔️ 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms - you’ll share one with one person but have your own sink (double vanity!) A/C throughout, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, and premium finishes Blomberg & Miele appliances, Euro cabinets, Corian countertops Shared spaces are fully furnished (bedroom is unfurnished) Bedroom is 8’11“ x 11’4“ (will fit a double bed comfortably, but a queen can squeeze in as well), and has a good sized closet Resort-style amenities: heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, theatre room, party room, BBQ area, study rooms, and more Steps from T&T, cafes, restaurants, liquor store, and the Nanaimo SkyTrain

💸 Costs:

Rent: $1233/month Utilities: Approximately $50–60/month for your 1/3 share of hydro, internet, and tenant insurance (you’ll be added to our existing policy) Other costs: 1/3 of shared household and cleaning supplies as needed (we have lots to start out with!) Option to rent parking from someone in the building if needed Security deposit: $616.50 (half a month’s rent) One-time strata move-in fee: $66.67 (1/3 of $200) No move-out fee, minimum 1-year lease required

👯‍♀️ About Us: We’re Mackenzie (29) and Mollie (30) - two friendly, responsible, and clean women who met during our apartment search and instantly clicked. We both love hockey, self-care, staying active, and a balance between socializing and quiet nights in. We value a calm, communicative, and tidy living environment. We moved in at the beginning of June and have been loving using the hot tub and sauna, and then heading back to our unit to watch the sunset.

Mackenzie works in the beauty industry (marketing, sales, and services) Mollie is starting the Medical Esthetics program at Blanche Macdonald and working part-time in retail/service
