My girlfriend and I are looking for a new roommate for our newly renovated 130 sq ft second bedroom. The room comes with a bed frame, mattress, and sizeable closet (show rack included!) The price includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and a designated parking spot.

The living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. The apartment also comes with two balconies: one has a full-size hammock and the other a breakfast nook. You are welcome to have guests over however if it is a larger gathering we ask that you let us know beforehand. We will also provide you with the same courtesy.

The building amenities include:

• Hot tub (currently under routine maintenance)

• Game room with ping pong and billiards
• Bicycle storage

Location features: Perfect for busing: 15 minutes to UVic and Camosun’s Lansdowne campus, 10 minutes to Uptown and 20 minutes to downtown

Cycling opportunities: right beside the Galloping Goose and Lockside trail

Places that are walking distance (~ 5 minutes): London Drugs, Thrifty Foods, Anytime Fitness

The building is not pet friendly and we do not allow smoking (cigarettes, vapes, etc.) in the apartment.
