The location is great , with everything you need nearby: grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, transit options, and Burrard SkyTrain station all within walking distance. No work from home

The building has amenities, including 24/7 concierge service, two gyms, a bike room, a garden, in-suite laundry, and additional storage.

Rent is $1,550/month (utilities not included), with a security deposit of $825.

The apartment originally came unfurnished, but my current roommate is relocating and selling most of her furniture, so it can be move-in ready if you’re interested in purchasing any of it!
