One bedroom with a private bathroom in a new apartment with a big wardrobe and south-facing windows for lots of sunlight during the day! The kitchen and living room are fully furnished but leave space for your personal touch! The apartment also comes with a veryy big balcony which I am currently trying to make greener and cuter! The room is currently used as an office. It’s pretty spacious and easily fits a big bed plus other smaller pieces of furniture!

The building is brand new and has a gym, shared lounge, secure parcel storage, and 24/7 concierge/security. It’s also only 1 min walking from Prince’s Island!

All bills are included in the rent (water, heating, electricity, and wifi).

I’m a young professional working a regular 9-to-5 job. I very much value a clean and cosy home where everyone is respectful and considerate! So, ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate in her 20s with a comparable lifestyle and values!

If I’m not at work, I’m usually either at home cooking, baking or reading, or out for a run or evening/day trip with my friends!
