The house is super quiet, perhaps indicating that happy active people live there. The location is awesome – quiet street (though only 3 blocks from Yonge and College), lots of nearby grocery stores and a 24 hour Rabba a little block away. Also close to Central YMCA, UofT, TMU, George Brown, Cabbagetown, the Village and Riverdale Farm. The home and property are smoke-free and drug-free. The room and house are extremely quiet.
