Big apartment space in an amazing area of the city, in Little Italy! It’s an older home and has some major quirks, but the rent is beyond decent, and we’re cool. As roommates, we chat, we’re friends, and we have laughs, but we’re also so busy that we’re cool with coming home and not talking. Haha!

The space is kept clean, we’re both usually on the go or at work. If you’re a light sleeper or want the condo life, this is not the spot for you. We’re looking for someone who is clean, cool, and respectful, ideally a professional who is 30+ to fit our vibe. We have a fully furnished place, so this is not for someone who has a lot of things. We have it all.
