3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 5 level split townhouse style condo in NW Edmonton. You’ll have a private bedroom and will share the main bathroom and the rest of the house with just me. Shared spaces include a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room, quiet office/library to work in, a balcony, and a backyard. I get possession of it on July 2 and will be doing some painting before moving in. Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need. Street parking or rent a stall if you have a vehicle. Direct bus to the U of A.
