About the room
3 private rooms available, 1 block from the law school and buses to the main Lakehead campus. Large unfurnished rooms (only $800 for the smaller room). Includes all utilities, laundry and internet except electric bill. One shared bathroom, plus sauna with shower in the basement. Quiet area with a large yard and driveway. Lots of gear storage space in the basement.
About the roomies
The house has two separate units. My partner and I (26F/26M) live downstairs. Both outdoorsy people, I’m studying EM and he works for the MNR. You would share the upper unit with two others. Currently, 3 rooms are empty so a group of 2-3 friends is welcome.
