Large unfurnished private room in a shared house in the Trinity Bellwoods area.

-Lots of natural light and high ceilings. A large shared kitchen and 1 shared bathroom. -Close to transit (Dufferin bus, Queen streetcar) -5 minutes to grocery stores. -Laundry room with washer and dryer. -Central air and heat. Internet and utilities included.

I’m a freelance toy maker and artist. I generally work from home and live in the basement of the unit. I like video games, comics and general nerdy things like that lol I would love to find a likeminded creative roommate for the space!

Two other people share the house. We’re all quite quiet and respectful and would like similar. The kitchen and bathroom are shared but since there’s a basement kitchen and one of the rooms has a bathroom, only two people share each.
