Rent is all-inclusive (all utilities such as electricity and Wi-Fi, and some consumables Iike toilet paper) but does not cover tenant insurance, parking or laundry (the laundry room is available 24hrs on the same floor).
The bedroom is unfurnished and approximately 8x11 ft, excluding the closet.
No smoking or parties in the apartment.
You’ll have access to large, furnished common spaces, including a spacious balcony with a great urban view, dining room, and living room with TV and Netflix. The shared kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware and dishes.
