It’s a townhouse with 3 units, all units are five bedrooms with personal bathrooms, there is only one room left. The unit comes with paid laundry, and all is inclusive (internet, and utilities), the area is great (5 min walk from Laurier campus and a 15min commute to UW) limited parking. 12 mins car ride from Kitchener Go, and Conestoga Mall. Shared kitchen and living room.

Hey, so right now it’s four of us :) there’s one graduate from Waterloo, two majoring in Laurier for Music, and I’m in international Education at Laurier :) we’re super clean, super chill people and we love to have roomie hangouts. We usually have people over (significant others and friends) with being mindful of loud noises to not disturb roomies. We also have a cat named Goose, who’s super friendly and loving! Some of us work too! Some like chill vibes to go out for trivia night (if you wanna join) and some like going out late nights :), hopefully we can be your roomie and your friend in the process too!
