Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for my two-bedroom apartment starting in September 2025. My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over her half of the rent (lease ends May 2026)

Rent is $1650 ($825 each) plus electricity and internet. Parking is $150 per month, however the area is very walkable and a car is very much not necessary. Dogs are not allowed and cats require a deposit and a monthly fee. It’s an amazing area - three grocery stores within walking distance, very close to a ctrain station, and one bus away from the University of Calgary and Mount Royale University. Walking distance to Kensington and 17th avenue, tons of interesting places to explore!

I’m a very clean, quiet, full-time student who works part time in a restaurant. I enjoy reading, cafe-hopping, and baking (I will gladly keep the apartment stocked with sweet treats for us!).
