A private, above-ground room in a property that is spacious, bright, and located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. You’ll have access to a gym in the basement and secure (and warm) indoor parking, which is included in the rent. It’s within walking distance to Costco for everyday convenience, and also close to a large park and cricket stadium.

The unit comes furnished for a hassle-free move-in, though the furniture can be removed if you prefer your own setup. The full bathroom will be shared with one other roommate, but there are 2 additional half bathrooms on the first and second floors. One of my roommates has a very sweet cat named Beans.

I’m trying to find a sublet for my room. The earliest move-in date is November 15, and the lease ends on June 19th, 2026.

You’ll be sharing the place with two easygoing roommates who both have an early-riser routine and enjoy running. They’re chill, friendly, and always up for hanging out—whether it’s a casual chat or a pizza night together. It’s a social but laid-back environment, so you won’t feel like you’re living with strangers.
