Its a cute studio with lots of space to store things in. I will be gone from july to september. I can also sublet my place every other month of the year for a short period of time. For example, if you need it for a week or two in October, i can arrange that. I work hybrid and I live in the countryside but my issue is that I travel a lot and spend a lot of time with my SO in another city. Hence, why I am looking for someone to occupy my place when I wont be there (and why i accept short term). My normal rent is $1450 per month (all included) but I am willing to leave it for less. I am also flexible if you want a shorter term occupation
