Hey Everyone! We’re Ucalgary students entering fourth and fifth year looking for a third roomate. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the NW. 15 minute drive from UCalgary campus or walkable distance to transit. One bus ride takes you all the way to campus. You’ll have a private bedroom with a bed included. The living room is fully furnished, your room is semi furnished with the bed. The condo also has a balcony with chairs and a bbq as well as a in suite laundry room. Rent is $900/month. All Utilities Included as well as parking space in the building lot and/or tons of street parking. Available for September 1. ( Beginning of fall term.)
