Hey Everyone! We’re two students entering third year looking for a third roomate. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the NW. 15 minute drive from UCalgary campus or walkable distance to transit. You’ll have a private bedroom and the place has a balcony with space for chairs and a bbq. Rent is $950/month. Utilities included. Internet package split between roomates. Available for September 1. ( Beginning of fall term.)
