I have a three bedroom. I want to rent out both, meaning you can have a sitting room and a bedroom. At this point they need to be cleared out and painted but I will show you. I have a bad back injury just as an fyi. I am also a registered nurse. I graduated in 1994! lol I was taking care of my son on the autism spectrum, he just went to supported living. So..empty nest, however I am sick and on lid. I need and prefer quiet and cleanliness.
Like I said it is just me, I am 53. I want and need peace and quiet. I am very quiet. My 18 year old dog died in April and my plan is to get another dog. I am not sure when as I am still grieving but a dog that stays found pounds, I’m looking for her to be my baby! lolI will either need to pay to get the rooms clean or work something out. My son left and I need to get just junk to get the things he left behind. You are free to paint or I can have it painted, the second bedroom is ok but it is up to you. That could be a nice sitting room, or office space to study if needed. I would prefer a student, female only pls. You can keep any furniture in the rooms to use if you need.
