About the room
I have a three bedroom. I want to rent out both, meaning you can have a sitting room and a bedroom. At this point they need to be cleared out and painted but I will show you. I have a bad back injury just as an fyi. I am also a registered nurse. I graduated in 1994! lol I was taking care of my son on the autism spectrum, he just went to supported living. So..empty nest, however I am sick and on lid. I need and prefer quiet. I would be willing to take 100.00 of the rent if you do a little extra cleaning..lol!
About the roomies
Like I said it is just me, I am 53. I want and need peace and quiet. I am very quiet. I have a16 yr old dog. I will either need to pay to get the rooms clean or work something out. My son left and I need to get just junk to get the things he left behind. You are free to paint or I can have it painted, the second bedroom is ok but it is up to you. That could be a nice sitting room, or office space to study if needed. I would prefer a student, female only pls. You can keep any furniture in the rooms to use if you need.
