The condo itself is moderately spacious, however, the building it is in has amazing amenities including a really good gym, steam room, sauna, hot rob, pool, indoor basketball, billiards table, bookable party and bbq patio areas. It is located in Islington area which is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto but close enough to get there easily whenever you need to. It is also right next to the Islington Subway station and a 10 min walk from Kipling GO. A train ride to St. George would take around 25 minutes. The room can come with a twin sized bed frame and a fairly new mattress however the rest of it will be unfurnished.

No parking with room. You may may be able to find parking but renting a spot from another tenant though.
