🏡 Two Rooms Available in Cozy Cedarbrook Village Home – $800/month (+ bills)

Hey there! We’re Yasmin and Chris — a couple of Aussies living in a brand new home in Cedarbrook Village, a peaceful and brand-new neighbourhood on the east side of Chilliwack. If you’re looking for a calm, comfortable place with a good vibe, this might be the spot for you. ✨

Cedarbrook Village is a quiet and safe area surrounded by mountains and with a 2km trail included in the neighbourhood. There’s a lovely park and a coffee trailer just a few minutes’ walk from the house, we’re also just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Chilliwack, with easy access to the highway.

About the House: The home is bright, modern, and welcoming. Barely lived in. We’ve got two unfurnished rooms available, both a similar size and each with built-in wardrobes. The house has the most beautiful kitchen I’ve ever seen (sorry for the move-in mess) and a gas fireplace in the living room.

It is unfurnished unfortunately, we came over from Aus with nothing so we are filling this house from the ground up. But that means you are welcome to bring any furniture you like!

We are happy to do month-to-month leasings and the price does include utilities and tenant insurance. Pets are also allowed on the lease, so let us know what furry friend you have!

We’re looking for chill people who want to live in a cozy and well-kept home We’re new to town and would appreciate someone who is happy to hang out once in a while and create with us a friendly atmosphere.

You’ll be sharing the house with the two of us:

🎬 Me – Yasmin (25): I work in film & TV and at a local café. When I get film work I’ll be away for long hours, otherwise I enjoy a cozy night in. Easygoing, tidy, and into writing, books, movies, and hiking.

🚁 Chris (36): Also works in the film industry but he is currently working on getting his helicopter license at Chilliwack airport. Super chill and respectful. Loves movies, video games and hiking also.

We will both be taking plenty of snowboarding trips once the season starts too!
