Looking to share my bungalow house. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, plus ( partially finished) basement and a huge backyard . I just moved in after renovating it for about a year, and I have some spare rooms all on the main floor. The room is medium size and can come with a bed, mattress, dresser, and a closet. A small desk can also fit if needed or the third smaller room can be made into a study/games room. The house will be shared and you can use all my kitchen stuff, t.v, furniture, etc. I am building a workout area in the basement you are free to use also. The main bath is shared, but I have a half bath connected to my master bedroom with all my stuff in it. Plenty of parking on the street and storage also in the basement.

All utilities included, Wifi included All new appliances; kitchen, laundry Bus stop 2 houses down Nearby grocery and close to Clareview rec center. Pet friendly - depending on type and how many pets. No smoking/vaping/drugs - a clean house

I am a professional healthcare worker that does semi shift work. I don’t smoke and only casually drink socially. I have been very busy, but some of my interests are MMA, Ju-jitsu, boxing, swimming, and sci-fi. I also have Ukrainian heritage and went to bilingual school as a kid. I am trying to re-learn the language.
