Available as soon as July 1 for a 12 month rent, but I won’t get there until late August, so you’ll have the place to yourself or with 1 other person with no increase to the rent price. Wifi and heating aren’t included in the price, but the total likely won’t be over $750 per person per month all together. Unfurnished.

I’m looking for two roommates to share the apartment with this year. I’m 22, beginning my Masters of English at McGill and hoping for roommates who are chill, good at keeping communal spaces tidy, lgbt+ or allies, and don’t mind cats. My cat is very friendly and likes other animals as well as people, so I’m happy to share with someone who has another animal.
