The house is in great condition, and very comfortable. Each bedroom has a large closet with space for hanging clothes as well as shelves, a double sized bed, and a desk. The main bathroom has a tub, shower, sink and toilet. The second bath has a shower, toilet and sink. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen has all the cooking appliances you need, and a basic set of cooking and eating dishes and utensils. The living room has a large sectional couch, TV, coffee table and woodstove. The driveway can easily accommodate 3 cars, and is shared with the neighbour. The neighbour plows the whole driveway in the winter.There is also a garage and extra unheated and uninsulated room off the garage. A large fenced in yard with beautiful flower gardens, mature trees and a back deck. There’s a bbq, patio table and chairs, and fairy lights. The house has a central vacuum. The basement is large and partially finished. It is a 6 min drive from UPEI, and right on the bus route.

I play for the UPEI Women’s soccer team, and both me and the other roommate are going into our second year of the biology life sciences program at UPEI. I have a husky, who is typically quiet, and does shed quite a bit. The other roommate has a parrot, who will be primarily just in her room.
