About the room
Housemate wanted for our 3-bedroom apartment in the western end of the Junction near Malta Park! The bedroom on offer is on the north side of the second floor and faces the back deck, and would suit a musician well since it shares no walls with our neighbours. (The room is pictured with furniture, but can be offered unfurnished.) The large, bright front room faces directly onto Dundas Street West. All the conveniences of the Junction are right at your door, without it being too busy.
Washer and dryer are in-house and free; internet and electricity are extra and usually come to about $60 per month per person. Street permit parking only.
The room is available for move-in on the first of July. Please let me know a little about yourself in your message.
About the roomies
The current housemates are two men, one working as a mapmaker and analyst and another working as a baker. Our common interests include cuisine, music, woodworking and lots else. The apartment is usually pretty quiet, but hosts dinners and gatherings on some weekends.
