Master Bedroom With Private Bath & Double Closet

Unfurnished big master bedroom with your own private bathroom, double closet and 3 large windows facing the backyard. The house is fully furnished and is shared with four other Western students with has everything you need—full kitchen, dining area, two living rooms and laundry in the basement. Women are preferred as all other tenants are women.

There’s a shared bathroom upstairs for the other roommates and a powder room on the main floor. Tons of storage in the garage and basement. Driveway only has one car right now so lots of room for others. Huge backyard with a big deck—great for hangouts or studying outside.

Rent is $823/month + utilities (usually around $60). First and last required. Looking for someone to sublet from September to May but the move in date is very flexible.
