Private bedroom available in a 3 bed/2 Bath basement suite in Mount Pleasant. The room is unfinished however we can possibly provide a double bed if needed. The rest of the house is completely furnished. (apologies for the photo of the bedroom we’ve been using it for storage but obviously it will be cleared out) Large bathroom with plenty of storage space would be shared with one other roomie. Washer/dryer in suite. Plenty of street parking available in front of the house. Rent is $720/month ($2160 split 3 ways) All utilities included in rent. Applicants must submit references & recent pay stubs.

House will be shared with two 21 year old female students (MRU & SAIT). We’re both fun, easy-going, and love having chill nights in, but we’re also up for the occasional night out! We value cleanliness and are looking for a respectful roommate who’s into maintaining a relaxed, friendly vibe in the house.
