Apartment: Shared two-bedroom apartment: one large furnished bedroom available. Semi-private bathroom (shower shared, but there is an additional half-bath that is otherwise used). Shared insuite laundry, dishwasher, microwave, and balcony with BBQ. Utilities and Internet are included in the price. Bike room available, visitors parking, some short-term street parking, but no parking space is available. No smoking of any kind. Minimum 6 month lease. Bedroom area (not including large closet/doorway) : 11’3“ x 11’11“ or 170sqft

Location: 15 min walk to both Joyce and Patterson SkyTrain station allowing for 1 zone travel, no matter which direction you want to go. 20 min walk / 6 min bus ride to a grocery store, GoodLife fitness, a women-only gym She’s Fit, as well as several open-late restaurants. 15 min bus ride to Metrotown. Quiet neighbourhood near to Central Park with all the conveniences.

Costs: $1425 A Murphy bed (for added floor space), a dresser, desk, and comfortable desk chair is provided.

$25 Mandatory building move-in/move-out fee.

$700 1/2 Rent Damage Deposit that will be returned after move-out if no damage to the unit present.

At this time, no one with pet applications will be accepted (unless it is a single hypo-allegenic cat, with additional conditions and a pet depot). We are hoping to one day rescue a hypo-allergenic cat for ourselves as well!

Currently occupied by one couple in the second bedroom, looking for a similarly quiet person to enjoy the space. We like hot drinks, spending time studying at the library, and try to enjoy the shared living space equally with everyone. We almost never drink, we have board games to share, and are generally just trying not to kill all the plants (and failing). You will only dealing with one individual as the Landlord, Janell, so there’s no worry of crossed wires or miscommunication. Ask me anything!
