Shared open-concept kitchen, living and dining area on the main floor. Walking distance to marina and free small boat launch. 1 KM from snowmobile trails. 20 minute drive to town. It’s a nature lover’s paradise with tons of wildlife and birds.

I am a single female in my early 60’s. I’m straight-up, reliable, responsible, fair, honest and trustworthy. I say what I mean, and I mean what I say. I keep a clean, smoke-free, uncluttered house, but you can feel free to smoke outside. I’m looking for a clean, responsible, compatible house-mate willing to help out with snow-removal and yard maintenance. I do have a gas powered lawn mower and snowblower to help us out.
