Basement unit which includes a 3 piece bath (standup shower, sink and toilet). There’s one large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom in the basement. This second bedroom could be used as a study area or TV area. You’ll have your own private entrance to the basement unit, by using a side door which leads to the basement. The door in the kitchen locks on both sides for additional privacy. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities between the roommate and myself. There’s driveway parking available if you have a vehicle. There’s an RV that is parked in the driveway during the winter months as well.

Note: the basement will be emptied prior to the roommate taking possession. The tall shelving cabinet will be made available for your use. The couch area will be changed into a sitting area for your use.

Hello, my name’s Jordan and I’m a 31 year old male professional, whom owns 2 dogs who will be living on the upper level of the property. I’m quiet and respectful of your space. I enjoy listening to music, watching tv and having either a relaxing evening or socializing with you. I will be working from home for employment purposes, with my home office located on the upper level at some point in time as well. I own both a husky and a beagle who will be upstairs with me.
