A single room in small house, shared bathroom & kitchen, living space. We have a small dog and a couple of guinea pigs, and a back yard. LGBTQ2+ friendly, close to Stone Road Mall in Guelph. The room has a bed with 6 drawers, and any other furniture can stay or be removed. I can also get you a desk if you need one. The stuff in the closet will all be removed, and you can decorate however you want.

I am in my late 40s and work full time as a teacher. You will be sharing the house with me, my daughter and my 14 year old son who lives with me part time. I’m just going to keep it real: We are NOT partiers, I am not a neat freak and we are all pretty easy going. My house is clean but sometimes messy because we all have ADHD and my dog likes to dismember stuffies. Looking for someone friendly and who loves animals because we have a dog and 3 guinea pigs. Must be willing to share some of the upkeep like doing your own dishes, occasionally cutting the grass or shoveling the driveway.
