This is a newly built condo at the intersection of George and Cumberland street in Ottawa.

New furniture included. Not super sunny, but the apartment has many windows, so it is not dark. Private master bathroom with some shared storage. There is also a rooftop terrace with plenty of sun available for use by all the residents. Additionally, there is also the second floor terrace, small swimming pool, gym, party room and small theater. there is a set of two barbeques on each terrace. Metro grocery store is accessible via the parking garage or by walking just around the corner.

I’m seeking a tenant for a minimum of twelve (12) months. I am a retirement age, but still working full-time. I need a scent-free environment, so no perfumes and similar are acceptable. The whole building is for non-smokers. Looking for a responsible and mature adult, student or working professional. Tidiness and cleanness is important, but not to a point of perfectionism. Still unpacking after the move, but it only affects the living room. Females only and minimum of 12 months stay. Thank you
