There is a set of two barbecues on each terrace. Metro grocery store is accessible via the parking garage or by walking just around the corner. Comforter and throws are included. Folding camping coffee table and very comfy folding chairs (to save space) are also included.

Initially, I’m seeking a tenant for a six (6)-month lease, with a potential to extend if we are a good fit. I am a retirement age, but still working full-time. Due to severe allergies, I need a scent-free environment, so no perfumes or leaving food to spoil and mold. The whole building is for non-smokers. Looking for a responsible and mature adult who works full-time or part-time. If student, a guarantor will need to sign a lease and provide an evidence of the financial accountability. Looking for someone who is respectful of people and shared property.
