Bedroom available to rent for $800/month + utilities on the top floor in a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom furnished newly built house.
House is furnished but bedroom is unfurnished. Private washroom.
Utilities will be split equally between all roommates.

About the roomies
Two female friends in their mid 20s moving from Ontario and looking for a third roommate. We are both aviation students and love to travel. We’re both very friendly and open to making new friends as we are new to the province. We are both social drinkers however we do not smoke and would prefer someone who didn’t. We are avid hikers and always welcoming of anyone who wishes to join us on our adventures.
