The unit is on the third floor, with a balcony and a view facing the River. Rent is $800/month, all utilities included (heat, hydro, internet, etc.). Street parking available and on-site public laundry is in the building. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are fully furnished.

Two friendly kitties live in the apartment 🐾 Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
