The unit is on the third floor, with a large balcony and a beautiful view facing the Detroit River. Rent is $800/month, all utilities included (heat, hydro, internet, etc.). Street parking available and on-site public laundry in the building. The apartment has air conditioning, and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are fully furnished.

Two friendly kitties live in the apartment 🐾 Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind.
