Welcome! This home is shared with two very friendly and adorable cats. If you’re not a cat lover, this may not be the best fit. The cats will stay out of your bedroom, but you may occasionally see them in the shared living area.

Bedroom 2: Smaller, fits a queen bed and dresser comfortably

The basement does have a living room area only used by the people who live in the basement.

Laundry, utilities, AC, and unlimited high-speed internet are included in the rent for $1150

About Me: I live on the main level with my own bedroom and you will share the bathroom with me. I’m a full-time nurse working shifts, so I really value a calm, respectful home environment. I’m friendly and happy to chat or share a meal now and then, but I also keep to myself and appreciate space and quiet. I’ve had roommates here who became like family, and I’d love to create that kind of positive, peaceful atmosphere again.

Located in Little Italy/Portugal Village, 2 minutes from College Street, and an 8-minute walk to Christie Subway Station/Bloor Street
