About Me: My name is Mahima(She/her.) I immigrated to Canada in 2020. I work full-time as a journalist and usually work remotely from home. I value intersectional identity and varied experiences. I’m a quiet and tidy person who loves to keep the common areas of the house clean. I just started to grow a tiny jungle in the house. If you have plants of your own, I’d be delighted to see them join the family as well. I cook often and am usually down to share a meal with my roommate. I do not smoke, and I would prefer my roommate to be a non-smoker as well. I do drink alcohol and enjoy making cocktails. I like watching east asian cinema, reading speculative feminist fiction, and I enjoy anime and manga. I don’t particularly appreciate passive-aggressive communication, violent tendencies, and insensitivity toward other cultures.
