Very quiet corner home in the Lake District area. Very easy transit to downtown and NAIT with close access to transit lines and stations. Very close to groceries and amenities. If you have a car there is street parking available.

There is currently a bed available if you need but if you would prefer to bring your own feel free! The room is very unique with a loft area that can accommodate up to a queen size bed which opens up the floor space for a dresser and desk.

Currently we have two working professionals living here, a hair stylist and an IT professional. I am a part time student as well as DJ on the odd weekend. We tend to keep a rather clean home but on occasion things do tend to slip as busy seasons start for both of us.

We are both LGBTQ2S+ and are 420 friendly as long as you smoke outside. The house isn’t a revolving door of people all the time as we both like our down time. We are both very active outside the home and when we are there we like to keep to our quiet hobbies such as video games, music production, 3D printing, or the occasional household movie night.
