You can see the bus stop from our kitchen window! Walk to Leslie subway station, and to Old Cummer Go Station. Walk to grocery, pharmacy, and to Cummer Park Community Centre. Many lovely trails nearby for walking and cycling, the best of transit access and sightings of local wildlife, both!

I am middle-aged and back in school - again - for more learning myself, maybe just like you. I enjoy a house with people that sing in the shower, sing over washing pots and pans, or at least those who can accept people with said disposition :).

I look forward to sharing access to communal spaces. The back yard and front garden bed are currently waiting your enjoyment!

I have two children (one teen, one adult) who may overnight sometimes, each with their own dedicated rooms.

In this house we humans serve as staff for the felines: Vancouver, Fernie, and Lucy. All three felines are fully vaccinated with regular veterinary care, and are sure to be friendly with you. (They may insist on joining you for TV time, videoconference calls, and homework if yoIu allow it.) That means if you have a socially-comfortable indoor cat (leash-trained is also OK), and you’ve been struggling to find a place to land, this could be the home for you!
