I’m super clean and believe in individual space and boundaries. So looking for a girl/guy who is interested, happy to help you explore the area and get you familiar with the location. Gym, grocery stores, queen street, transit within steps.

I’m also happy to give away a study table, mattress, Tv and things that are mentioned in the bedroom picture at a reasonable price if required :) Looking forward to hearing back soon.

I live alone in this apartment for now, I’m not someone who parties or smokes! So don’t have people over often. I’m usually at the gym, reading or enjoying the nature. I’m 24, i do enjoy practising guitar but will always respect the space and boundary so that won’t be an issue. I love being clean and having a clean apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, i have a big tv set up in the living room with a nice couch. No shoes on the carpet pls. Living is a shared space and I’m happy to share all my appliances. I do want to make sure that you are able to pay rent every month so job letter and a background check will be required. Thanks!
