Easy commutes to all parts of the city. There’s a 24 hour hasty market for general needs at any time and nearby access to a Sobey’s, Metro, Lawblaws or locally run independent ventures providing produce and other needs. Fitness Facilities nearby, pool on roof and a Sauna included. Ideally looking for someone to sign onto lease though not absolutely required. Internet and utilities included. Parking is available but would be an additional cost.

Proof of canadian credit history, income, and identity required, or compelling documentation to show sustainability. A deposit for last months rent, as well as a key will also be required.

Please note the room is not furnished and there will be numerous items in the current posted photos that will be removed along with when my current room mate vacates. I’m Mid 30’s, and work full time hours, generally working from home on weekends where I need to work. I enjoy fitness, music, and varying other screen oriented entertainment forms. I’m pretty chill and laid back, but still seeking someone responsible who will help keep the unit clean, and has their priorities in order. This will be a non smoking zone although I am Cannabis friendly.
