Very cozy house in C-Bay, beautiful back yard, across the street from the beach and forest. Room is approximately 140 square feet .We are currently mudding the walls; we can paint it for you but you can also choose your own paint color upon moving in 😊 some of the features of the property include AC and heating, clothes line outside, washer and dryer (both new), dishwasher, very large garage, barbecue on the back patio, small fitness area, upstairs and downstairs living room, downstairs storage space, and fire pit.

Currently three girls in their twenties in-house (one of our roomies will be moving in the fall), we all tend to give each other space and alone time if that’s what you like, but we’re very friendly 😊 we also have a resident cat! Be warned: she’s a snuggler!
