I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and the current roommate is leaving. The condo building is in Eaux Clares (North Edmonton). Grocery stores, fast food, and other shopping are all within 1-10 min walk. Bus stops right outside the building and Eaux Clares transit centre is a 13 min walk. Rent is $700/month. The total rent is $1400/month and I am also a renter. Heat & water is included. We pay power & internet which at the most has cost $90 each person and at its lowest was $65 each person.

I am a female in my late thirties, I work outside the home 15-20 hours and work from home (my room) about 20 hours/week. I have a 13 year old border collie dog. She is very well trained, she does not bark at all, she is getting old and losing her hearing. I love my neighbours, this condo building has a wonderful community atmosphere and the landlords are the kindest couple I’ve ever rented from. I’ve been here 5 years and I love it!
