A quiet and cozy room for rent in a NW home. Quiet neighborhood close to Nose Hill park and other amenities. Also close to SAIT, AUArts and the UofC. Shared bathroom and common spaces. Close to bus stops for easy access if you don’t have a car. Older property but well maintained. Room can come furnished with queen bed and side table, but not necessary if you have your own items. I have 2 cats, but they are friendly and well maintained.

I am a working professional who is happy to have someone rent my spare room. Someone who is quiet, respectful and willing to care for the space.
