I’m moving from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. The apartment is an unfurnished 4 1/2. The room for rent doesn’t have a closet, but there’s a spacious closet in the living room that you can use.
The location is very convenient — just 3 metro stops from Concordia University and only 8-minute walk to Place Saint-Henri metro station. Grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

About the roomies
I’m a clean, organized roommate who loves cooking and painting in my free time. I’m naturally more on the quiet side — not very extroverted — but I’m respectful, friendly and easy to get along with, and value keeping a peaceful, comfortable living environment. I mostly enjoy my alone time and like having the space feel calm and tidy. I’m usually caught up with work and gonna start school soon, so I stay busy and use whatever time’s left to recharge. 💤. Usually my cousin drops by to visit but chills in my room otherwise, I mostly keep to myself.
