About the room
Excellent location in a friendly neighborhood. All kinds of shops and parks within a 10 minute walk. Two major bus stops 30 seconds from our front door. Ride or drive downtown in less than 20 minutes! Quick bus ride or walk to the Canada line too.
Room is on the lower level and includes a second living area that is all yours.
Shared (with one other person) full bathroom and laundry on the lower level. Shared kitchen, dining, and living area on the upper level.
Lots of storage, including an outdoor shed. Front and back yard! Lots of opportunities to garden. Parking included.
House is older and has its quirks, but we’ve been here for years and love it!
About the roomies
Your roommates would be a 33 year old male who has the other room on the lower level. A 34 year old female lives on the upper level.
We tend to keep to ourselves, and there’s a good amount of peace and privacy in the house. Down for a chill board game or movie night, too! Not a party house, but guests are welcome with a heads up.
