I’m looking for 1 roomate to fill the rest of my house located on the East End. It’s quite newly built so it’s quite spacious and modern. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Perfect for students or young professionals. Located behind Food Basics by highway 15. There is 1 room available. Each room is private, with a shared washroom for these two rooms. Room is furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser.

I’m a young professional and I enjoy exercising and outdoor activities. Throughout the week I’m usually at the gym, running, golfing or biking. I value a quiet, clean environment and good communication. I like to have a nice balance between staying at home and being out. So I also enjoy going out for drinks and good food. I travel to Toronto or Ottawa on weekends monthly.
