Fridge and dishwasher two years old and internal washer and dryer. Heating to keep warm in the winter and portable AC for the summer.
Very Convenient: 5 to 10 minute walk away from Inlet Centre Station (Millenium Line) and lots of bus options to Downtown/Coquitlam Central Station, Kootenay Loop/Port Coquitlam Station, Moody Centre Station/Coquitlam Central Station. 5 minute walk to Thrifty Foods/Pharmacy, Starbucks, JJBean, Cobs Bread, Kins Market, Romers Burgers, restaurants, spas, hiking paths, breweries etc…
Privacy: Furnished room with built-in closet, bed, night table, chest of drawers. Large windows with built-in blinds. Washroom has a sink, toilet and shower.
I am a 24 year old full time carpenter working mostly Monday to Friday as well as some weekends. I sometimes have a dog on weekends. There is a gym in the building and will also have access to the Canoe Club…gym, pool, hot tub, steam room etc,
