Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate (undergraduate/graduate student, working professional) to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in downtown Toronto starting August 2025 for 11 months.

You would have a private bedroom (9’ x 9’.6”) with a closet and a private bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished. Must be clean, friendly, responsible and respectful. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no pets.

The condo is located at the intersection of Yonge St. and College St. and is conveniently located within walking distance to the University of Toronto and Toronto Metropolitan University. It is a bright and modern 600-700 square foot layout with 9’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a huge wrap around terrace. The condo has a built in microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer.

Building amenities include 24/7 security and concierge, a gym, yoga room, indoor pool, meeting rooms, and visitor parking. It is steps away from the TTC (Queen’s Park and College Subway stations, which both service Line 1), Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall, College Park, Farm Boy, Metro and The Eaton Centre.

You would pay $1850/month (includes heat, water) PLUS half of monthly hydro (electricity), insurance and WIFI bill. Required for application: Credit report, proof of funds, first and last month’s rent and key deposit.

A little about me…I will be entering my fourth year at the University of Toronto in the fall. I am studying pharmacology and human biology. I am friendly, quiet and easygoing. I like to keep the condo clean and am looking for a roommate who is friendly and respectful of the space.
